The Canyon Scout Activity Centre is an ideal location for:
a sleepover with activities,
a day out with activities,
easy access for Fairlands Lake for water activities,
an evening activity or campfire,
children's parties,
team building events,
and much much more.
Our facilities and activities are available to hire for youth groups, schools, community groups, companies and organisations
(as well as private individuals for birthday parties or private hire)
We have lots of activities available onsite:
Climbing, Abseiling, Jacobs Ladder, Crate Stacking,
Zip Wire, Leap of Faith, Archery, Rifle Shooting and Pioneering.
The water activities centre at Fairlands Valley Lakes
is located just 10mins walk away.
The main hall can be used for indoor activities
and as space for sleeping on the floor.
Or there is a small camping area just outside the building
Parking is available for a maximum of 10 cars.

The main building can accommodate a maximum of 40 people in one main hall (approx 10m x 10m square), and comes with free WiFi and an equipped kitchen for up to 30 people including a range cooker, freezer, fridge, microwave and dishwasher.
The Canyon is available to hire for Children's Parties and team building events as well as for youth groups.

There is a small flat grassed area suitable for approx 10 tents or outside activities along with a recently refurbished campfire area.

(no charge for Leaders staying with Youth Organisations)
